 (2) It is obligatory for the data subject to give her/his name, address, VAT ID (if available) and email address. It is a condition so the contract can be concluded and if its omitted the contract is not concluded.

3. Rights of the data subject

§ 3 (1) You have the following rights regarding data processing:

1. You may request access to your personal data: that means You may get information on your own date, (for example, instead of just birthplace and date: Budapest, 01/01/2000)

2. You may request your data be rectified: if your data is incorrect, you may notify the data processor, and they must correct it.

3. You may request your data be erased or the processing be restricted. That may take place if the data processing is based on your consent and you withdraw it or if the prescribe time limit is reached, and the data processor does not unilaterally and automatically erases the data.

4. You may object against your data being processed. In that case, the data processor must examine and evaluate if your liberties take precedence over their interest and than make a decision. The data subject may request access to her/his personal data, or that the data be rectified, erased, the processing be restricted or she/he may object.

5. You have the right to data portability. That means, that the data processor must give you a copy of your data in a widely avalaible format so you can forward it to another processor.

6. In case the data processing is based on consent, the consent may at any time be revoked which shall have no effect on the legality of the data processing before the consent is revoked.

7. The data subject may issue a complaint to the appropriate agency, that is as follows:

(2) The provision of personal data is a statutory and contractual requirement as detailed in § 2, and it is a requirement necessary to enter into a contract as detailed in § 2 (2), and the data subject is not obliged to provide the personal data but it may result in the possible consequences of failure to provide such data as detailed in § 2 (2).

(3) The data processor does not

a) forward the data to third countries,

b) carry out automated decision-making.

(2) Registration is not a prerequisite for the purchase through the websites. If the consent is later revoked, and the registration deleted, than the legal basis of the data processing shall still be valid.

(3) No recipients are applicable in this specific data processing.

(4) In case you make a purchase on the website, than the data processing related to this purchase is regulated by the privacy policy for one time consumers.
