The flesh of the golden delicious apple is soupy, crunchy, sweet, slightly acidic, notes of which can also be perfectly discovered in the brandy, complemented by a white floral, green-spiced, vanilla character. The taste of the fruit peel is dominant, spicy and compote. The taste lasts for a long time, in which a slight bitterness also appears.
