Due to the longer-than-average storage of sour cherrypálinka, it will be even more intense in taste and aroma, and will increasingly resemble amaranth sour cherries. The aroma is dominated by fruity, spicy herbal notes, and then the slightly astringent character turns into a dark chocolate character. Harmonious, long-lasting pálinka.
